Healthy Hair Growth Mission - Oct 15, 2006
-
Last week I went to see Diane da Costa to get my hair cut and to start my personal healthy hair growth mission. I got a phytospecific texturizer (non-chemical with soya and egg product--check out their website for more details) and a real hair cut/shape. The year before I visited Curve/Miss Jessie's salon and a silkner. A few months later I got color, needless to say, I needed a hair overhaul to get back on track. So this is the beginning... - Album was created 6 years 8 months ago and modified 6 years 8 months ago

Three weeks after my visit to Diane da Costa - Oct 30, 2006
-
I'm going to tract my hair journey for 7 (I HAD TO WASH AT 5 B/C I HAD A DATE) days so you can see how my hair holds up. I read a lot about "second day hair" and I want to show you why I decided to get the texturizer. In the evenings I moisturize my hair and ends with Organikah Whipped Cream and in the morning after I steam in the shower, I apply a mixture of Curls Milkshake and either Organikah Whipped Cream or Jane Carter Solution Nourish and Shine. I separate and shape my hair with the blow dryer and go! - Album was created 6 years 7 months ago and modified 1 year 2 months ago

2 Month Follow up with Diane Da Costa (12/22/06) -
I went back to Diane and overall I'm very pleased. I was a little upset about having to get 2 inches cut, but it was actually for the best. I needed to get rid of my dead ends that wouldn't curl and I also noticed that my hair tangled way too much. She knows what she's talking about, but I do miss those 2 inches )-: It's all about seeking healthy hair and it was necessary. - Album was created 6 years 5 months ago and modified 6 years 5 months ago
