I shaved my head bald and decided that I will never permanently dye my hair or dye it at all and only add heat on very very special occasions. 3 times a CHARM right!? )

I 2nd BC'd because I was flat ironing, and manipulating my hair too much and I wasn't wearing a silk scarf every night neither was I wearign protective styles at night to protect my ends. I also used the moisture benefits conditioner every day which realyl damaged my hair. So I decided to start over and my hair is longer and more healthier now than it was in the last year! I love it!

Remember: You can use every product in the world but no product will save you if you are not taking proper and careful care of your hair.
