Allamuchy Phosphate reduction

The following are image taken of the temporary system that was set up to deal with the NJ DEP mandate to reduce the amount of phosphates in the outflow from the sewer treatment plant into a tributary of the Pequest River. Unfortunately, the date on my camera was incorrect - these were all taken on 4/2/2009.
