http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/server/show/conWebDoc.3797 After a snack in the hotel we decided to visit Witley Court, an English Heritage site. We were able to get a discount using our Historic Scotland membership. We arrived just before 4.00pm so did not have any time to look around the gardens but were just in time to see water firing in the Perseus and Andromeda Fountain. This lasted approximately 40minutes so we had plenty of time to get all the photos we wanted and the prefect sky made it almost impossible not to get a good view from any angle. The Court is a ruin after a fire in 1937 but the adjacent church is very beautiful both inside and outside. After a quick trip to Kiddermister we returned to the hotel for an excellent meal
