This is my original studio which I no longer work in since my more to another state .

this Model has had alot of extra details added .
The wire wheels were scratchbuilt in brass and hand laced .

This model has been modified to replicate the stripped # 18 car driven by Timothy Birkin in the 1931 French GP of France.
All head lights horns and fenders were stripped from the real car due to regulations and weight restrictions and have been faithfully reproduced on this model.

This model is about 60% Scratchbuilt .
Alot of extra metal components were machined and added to the model .

Currently I'm NOT taking orders for these wheel sets. I'm showing these photos for display purposes only.

these wheels were made as a limited production run to order, I made 30 sets !!

I made these wheels and tyres as a one off set only.

This model is very rare and being restored at my Client and good friends request and has proven to be a very challenging project , it involves the scratchbuilding of a new fuel tank and numerous other parts and the straightening of the badly damaged and bent chassis.
it will be displayed without paint to show the brass details throughout the finished model

These models are completely scratchbuilt frm Hundreds of Photos and Hours of measuring the real motorcycle which was displayed at the National Motor Museum In BirdWood South Australia.
Everything is hand made in either Brass or Acrylic and a small amount of Resin has also been used.

This is a Client build and Modified from a Diecast 1/18th scale Autoart Ford XB Coupe this car depicts the Original car from the first of the Mad Max Movies.
Includes Scratchbuilt frontend ,Roof and boot spoilers as well as flared wheels arches , wheels ,Exhaust and interior .
