In 1915, John D. Cardinell was official photographer/publisher to the Panama Pacific Exposition in San Francisco. His company, the "Cardinell-Vincent Co.", produced postcards and photo-records for this great event and also published material for the Philadelphia "Sesquicentennial" exposition of 1926.
Numerous cards and photos remain extant from these events, as well as general interest souvenir books and cards for visitors to the West Coast region of the United States.
Starting with five cards in my possession, I am trying to find as many illustrated examples as possible, to be posted here.
In addition, I have found some unattributed Panama Pacific Expo photos which, by their official nature, must indeed be by the Cardinell-Vincent partnership and are included here as well.
[note: the five original cards, plus one image of a common reverse appear with "(original scan)" in the titles.]
