Ians '68 SWB Prowler

Well my buggy is a 1968 swb prowler body
engine 1776 motor BAS EXHAUSTS from germany.with twin 44s K and N,BMD pulley ,center line wheels with 195/60/15 front and 275/60/15 rear rubber,the soft top was all made up by whiffs trimming,london,and all the buggy was built by mark from flatlands,and the engine was built by dan simpson,which he does for a hobby,and loves VW motors

WELL my story about my buggy

I had superbikes fire blades,rsvr haga rep,but decided to sell the bikes as i was getting to fast on them and with me getting to old.and the missis worrying about me all the time i go out on the bikes,so i had to get something a bit slower,so i always like the old beachbuggys,since i was a kid,so,I went to a buggy show that SDBC had in 2005,well saw the buggy's there and that was it hook,saw a guy called mark from flatlands there with a light green prowler.I want one!,so ask if he could build one for me there and then,well a year later it was built.so here is a few pictures for you,hope this helps a bit,but sorry i didn't build it myself,but,its still my baby girl,and love driving it Yours Ian
