Here are a few pictures from the last 60 days or so.

Though we have had a very mild winter, we have not been on our boat as much as we like. We took a little cruise Valentine's day and it was one of the best excursions we have had. I got some really good pictures without taking too many.

Our vacation to the Redwoods and California was one of the best. There is a great deal to see in and around the Redwoods. We took some pictures and want to share them with you. Enjoy!

I had bought a very cheap slide copier that had not done a very good job of copying my family history. So I bought a Canon CanoScan 8800f. These are the results and I am very pleased. Like I said once before I probably have over 1000 slides and hope to get them all on this sight someday. Enjoy!

Back in 1979, a few months before Mount Saint Helens erupted into the biggest eruption in modern times, my cousin took me fishing with him. I took some pictures of that river which has at least 30 foot of ash over the scenes here. There are seven pictures here, that I really like. These are part of the slide collection I am sorting through.

We had a smaller then usual celebration this Thanksgiving, but just as fun. There was also an early snow and freeze that makes the predictions of a cold and wet winter seem more likely. This is the first time in 14 years living here that it has snowed this early! Christmas dinner was Christmas eve and we surprised Samantha with plane tickets to California to meet her boyfriend's mother. I caught the exact moment when she found out using our Flip movie camera.
