Is the mother a Charolais? She is in excellent condition and well formed. In fact I'd say she is outstanding in her field.

this is a bit embarrassing but after living since years right next to them and seeing them all over belgium i cant tell what she is. actualy there never was the need to know the name of that sort for when i saw the first of this sort i mistook her for a pig and since i call them pigcows ;) she stood with some of her sisters about a hundred yards away and i was amazed how big the pigs are in belgium ...i have to say it was dusk and they stood far away ..but still i think one should be able to distinguish between a cow and a pic ... those one here have rather short legs and a butt like a pic and a color almost like a pig ... they are grown for a rib more, more meat and better resistance against cold, the most ugly cows i ever saw, almost naked, pale and big butted..i'll make some pics to show you what i mean ..they are not able anymore to give natural birth :( ..thats what u get when human play for god .. all for the sake of a few bucks
