Fabulous and Fit -
1. My aim is 5 workouts a week: 3 strength training, 2 cardio, and USUALLY (aka when I'm not being a lazy or sick bum), I add one more cardio session.
2. I am currently doing Venus Index, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Leslie Sansone, Jillian Michaels... I like to mix it up, especially with cardio. I just started Venus Index at the end of November and I'm seeing the muscular and strength changes I've been wanting to work on for a while.
3 & 4. I have fibromyalgia, possibly MS, and a digestive disorder so my real goal is to be stronger and healthier. I walk with a cane now, so my goal is to leave the cane in my bag (or possibly at home!) by May. That means I really need to work on my muscles to offset my nervous system glitches.
Oh, and to lose some weight. I got really small when I first got sick, and now, the pounds are packing back on. Now I want to trim in order to keep the weight fluctuations (due to meds and digestive system disorder) at a minimum.
5. I am addicted to sweets! I am a baker, so I have a hard time NOT taste-testing my goodies. I need to my calories under control. I know it will be easier after the holidays. - Album was created 2 months ago and modified 1 month ago
