I am a writer researching a play which involves one of the characters going to Bright Angel Point. Your pictures are lovely but I wonder if you could send me a brief description of Bright Angel Point itself. The questions I need answers to are:
1. When you stand on the point itself are there guardrails/safety rails or is it just an open drop to the canyon below.
2. Am I right in thinking the North rim does not have as many visitors as the South rim.
3. What facilities are there? Is there a Hotel?
I would be most grateful if you could spare the time to answer these questions. I live and work in the UK and a trip to Arizona is out of the question at the moment I'm afraid.
