| | Zoo Atlanta 2006  | | Photos of animals at Zoo Atlanta. The giant pandas and red pandas are my favorite animals. The female panda (Lun Lun) was not on exhibit as she might have been pregnant and about to give birth (edit: she was, and she gave birth to Mei Lan less than 2 weeks after my visit), but I got a number of photos of the male, Yang Yang.
The red panda spent most of the day in his "tree house" due to the heat, but he spent some time outside earlier in the day.
