-En tant qu'ancien eleve de ce grand college, je voudrais bien qu'on pense à la creation d'un album eternel pour la perennisation de cet etablissement scolaire qui a vu passer nombre de dirigeants du pays.

Wow! This picture is the same as mine! For a moment in time, I "tried" to teach conversational English at College Penette. I was not prepared. After 38 years, I have learned the art of teaching. Today, I can thank this group for the direction; they taught me what I did not know. College Penette shaped my destiny. Thanks Max. You will remain in my heart, mind, and spirit eternally. God bless you.

I once lived in the home of Max and Marie Theresa Penette in 1974 for six months. They became my second set of parents. Over the years, we lost touch. I planned to return to the spiritual home that I dearly loved once more before leaving this earth. Now, I shudder to think that I may have lost them forever with the earthquake. Does anyone know if they are alive or if their children exist? Help...

College Penette was located in Petion-Ville. It was one block away from a well-known church L'eglise St Pierre and Place St.Pierre where a lot of free concerts were held. The owner at the time was the mayor of petion-Ville.
