Setting off today to start to Recci walks for the Midweek walking groups weekend away in February.
A hard walk in the Kingussie area of the Highlands, conditions wet and very cold, poor paths in some stretches of the walk, walking till dark, not pleasent but this walk was made memorable by Myra's birthday celebrations. The walk has been ruled out for the midweek walkers.
Later in the night we celebrated Myra's birthday with a visit to Neil & Terag's room for the drinks and nibbles ect, then later at the dinner table Bob & Myra were surprised when the waiters brought them a birthday cake. All good fun
