An afternoon visit to the Trossachs to visit a very frozen Lame of Menteith.
The Royal Caledonian Curling Club had hoped to have a Bonspiel on the lake, but health and safety concerns forced them to cancel their plans. When we were visiting some people were curling on the lake, while others prepared rinks for games in the evening.
It was a very cold day, with loads of sunshine, the lighting was lovely. Plenty people were walking across the lake to visit Inchmaholme Priory on the island in the middle of the lake.
