- This year for the first time ever Glasgow is hoisting a city-wide celebration of its most famous architect, designer & artist.
The Glasgow Mackintosh Festival is being led by The University of Glasgow and sponsered by several big organisations.
I know nothing nothing about architecture, but I do enjoy looking at the works of Rennie Mackintosh. In this folder are some of the photos I have taken while visiting some of his works. - This folder is empty

The Daily Record is one of Glasgow daily newspapers. The Daily Record Building was designed by Rennie Mackintosh and situated in a lane between two fairly high buildings so there is not much light gets into the lane, Mackintosh used colour and white glazed bricks on the facade of the building to maximise the light.
