We left our house in East Kilbride and travelled into Glasgow to catch the bus that would take us to Inverness.
After an enjoyable journey we arrived in Inverness, we then found The Kings Highway Hotel where we would be spending the night before travelling to Orkney.
We spent the afternoon sightseeing in Inverness, had a meal then spent the evening in a local bar with great live entertainment, a duo playing fiddle and accordian scottish music. Great music.
