Our outing this month took us to Seamill on the Ayrshire Coast. We started our day with a great morning stop in the West Kilbride Golf Club for coffee. The views of The Isle of Arran from the lounge of the golf club are beautiful.
We started our walk in glorious but cold weather by walking along the coast until we came to Portencross Castle, we then carried on past the Three Sisters along the coast past the Power Station to Hunterston Sands before turning up to wards Goldenberry Hill.
On reaching the top of the hill we were rewarded with fantstic views of the River Clyde, Great and Little Comrie, The Isle of Arran and the Holy Isle, The Arrochar Alps,The Kintyre Penninsula, Ailsa Craig, and the South Ayrshire Coastline.
When everyone had their fill of the magnicicent views we headed down the hill towards the coastline, back along the beach to the golf club where we completed our day out with our after walk coffee break.
