Kilsyth

Alan & myself walked a route above Kilsyth. It was a beautifull day. We climbed to the top of a hill behind Kilsyth, When we reached the top the views were fantastic.
Standing on the top of the hill, if you looked to the right you could see the Red Road flats at Springburn Glasgow. Looked to the left you could see both the Forth Bridges and the BP Refinery at Grangemouth, you could also see the Bass Rock. If you looked behind you you could see the Wallace Monument at Stirling and the Highlands beyond, and finally when you looked in front of you, you could see Castlemilk and the flats at East Kilbride. WHAT VIEWS. Unfortunately no pictures of the above views due to the fact I forgot to recharge the battery for my camera. Possibly worth a return visit with a fully charged battery.
