Our day started off by travelling in heavy rain to Killin in Perthshire for our morning coffee stop. We then travelled to Glen Lochy and the start of our walk.
When we started our walk it was raining very heavily and was quite windy, we walked into the wind and rain. The glen appeared dark like on a winters day, we walked in these conditions until lunchtime where we sheltered in an old barn to have our lunch. After lunch we set off again to climb the hill to walk on the high path back to entrance of the glen where the coach was parked. As we climbed the hill the rain stopped and the sun shone through the clouds, the change in the views was amazing, from being dark and forboding the views became a blaze of colour. This weater remained with us for the rest of our journey back to the coach.
We then headed back to Killin, and had our social stop at the Killin Hotel.
We started our walk with dread due to the bad weather, we ended it in high spirits in sushine and fantastic views. Yet again a great walk
