I have been to the Elgin Country Railroad Meuseum countless times and always enjoyed locomotive #5700 the most. I think it's really sad that these giant locomotives are not still in use and are dissapearing.

Not to long ago I drove to Ottowa and went to the Meuseum of Science and Technology to check out their locomotives but was dissapointes becuse the gauges were stripped from them. They never gave me the same interest as #5700 so it remains my favourite. You guys are doing a great job so keep it up!

I have lived in St.Thomas my whole life and I have always enjoyed watching the trains move about through out the town. I also have a big passion for the ships that sail up and down the Great Lakes as well I know they aren't really train related but my uncle used to work in the Collingwood Ship Yards. I look at the older Steam Powered Freighters the Same way you guys view the Steam Powered Locomotives. So basically what I'm Saying is that when I not watching freighters I'm watching the locomotives here at home. Without trains St.Thomas wouldn't be what it is today and I don't know what I would do with out them either! They have truely been a very big part of my life and I'll never get enough of them! Bye for now!
