SIG Sauer P320
Initially purchased this P320 as a Compact size in .40S&W and then also picked up a Sub-Compact grip for better concealment in warmer months. Was completely underwhelmed with the Compact in .40S&W (probably because the P229 Legion in .40S&W is so much sweeter to shoot) and the Sub-Compact grip hardly ever got used (thanks to my Glock G43). Was fixing to sell the P320, but couldn't find any buyers. Said screw it, bought a 9mm full size caliber exchange kit when the SIG Store had them on sale just to see if the P320 was a better 9mm platform. Holy cow! It was so much nicer to shoot as a full size 9mm. I now love this P320! Love it so much, in fact, that I picked up a Grayguns P320 PELT trigger, a Grayguns Custom Fat rod (stainless), and recently received a small FDE full-sized grip to see if that works a little better for when the wifey is shooting it. I am very happy I kept this pistol. I can see why SIG earned the Army contract with this modular pistol.
