So I finally made one year with my lox. I am so happy I was able to stick with it. We had some bumps in the road - LITERALLY...but we overcame them. Right now my lox are so lumpy towards the ends that I tend to just tie them in knots so they are curled. I can see a difference though and I am pleased with them overall.
