I decided to experiment with my yarn twist, by wrapping some lighter colored,synthetic hair around a couple of my twists.

I decided to try to do some bantu knots. I have wanted this style for a long time and every shop I called was charging no less than $65, so I removed my twist extensions, washed my hair, and made my first attempt at some knots. I must say I am very pleased.

Well, I wore my knots for a week and although they still looked good, I decided to take them down. Once I unravelled them, I discovered a really nicely textured fro and so I rocked my fro for a minute.

I was obsessed with the pictures in this month's Essence and so this is my first attempt at one of the styles I kept drooling over. I did pretty good, but I will try it again later.
