hey ladies and gents,



i will be hiding my hair for a while. As we go further into winter i feel that it is best for me to hide my hair. my hair needs a lot of growth from now October 9th, 2008 until january. my hair is really thick so im unable to get my hair into a pony tail in its natural state. my goal by the end of december or january is to pull my hair back into a pony without much manipulation. i will be hiding my hair until the end of this year. so that means no more wash and gos until next year.




my new regimen will be
wash once a week
pre poo with evoo[extra virgin olive oil] and coconut oil
deep condition once per week probably with ors pack
add my redken smooth down leave in to my braids, more than likely in my spray bottle
moisturize my braids with coconut oil
drink at least 70 oz of water daily
exercise for at least an hour
finish up my ovation cell therapy applying once or twice a day

give my hair a break from the wig by taking it off at night and when i don't go out my home

i will keep these plaits in my hair over a month
maybe 2 months then i will redo for the next two weeks of december after december 9th.
