The 2008 Federation Conference was held at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church in New Port Richey, Florida.

The long awaited trip to Greece accompanied by His Eminence, Metropolitan Alexios visited monasteries and convents.

This wonderful CMI was taught by Professor Rodney Eichenberger, internationally known teacher of choral directing.

St. Sophia had the pleasure of hosting a CMI for "those who are directed and for those who direct" with Professor Rodney Eichenberger.

Shots from the special gathering of choir members from all over the country to honor the 3 year memorial of John Palios.  The music was the Liturgy of Peace, composed by Chris Kypros, who directed.

The clergy from the 26 or so Orthodox churches in the Southeastern Florida area joined together at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church in Hollywood. The pan-Orthodox choir sang Russian music in English, which was a surprisingly well received and well balanced counterpoint to the otherwse strictly Byzantine vespers service.

A cold and rainy day for all concerned. Light attendance, but the choir never sounded better.
