The anticipation was the worst, so I took pictures. Lots and lots of pictures.

The bad weather started on Friday morning, but the worst of it didn't happen until about midnight, so I couldn't take any pictures.

In the end we were very lucky, the eye veered about 30 miles south of the coast. Still, the aftermath was devastating.
