Hair Growth Challenge: Featuring A Modified Version Of Moe's Growth Oil, Join-In on this fight against Alopecia!!! -
I am battling heredity and follicle damage. Hopefully my scalp and hair will forgive me for years of abuse and grace me with the present of fullness. Hopefully this Challenge using a Modified Version of Moe's Hair Growth oil will help.
1-3-09 I used
16 oz - jojoba oil 2 tea bags Chamomile 2 tea bags Horsetail Grass 2 tea bags rosemary 4 tea bags sage 4 oz aloe vera gel 15 drops Lavendar oil
I put the oil and teabags in a jar and placed in boiling water. turn water to a low temp and let steep for 3-4 hours.
add lavendar and aloe gel and shake and place in bottle.

Weight Loss - 'We CAN and we WILL' -
Well what led me to my journey? I have been off and on this road for some years. I became a chunky child around 3rd grade. Then I hit puberty everything filled out so since I was a brickhouse (lol) it didn't matter to me much. But over the years I just keep growing and growing. Year before last I was at my heaviest 316 1bs. I joined weight watchers and got down to 287 after I stopped attending meetings I kept up the workouts and everything for a while but sorta just did a gradual slide into old habits.
So now I am holding around the 292-295 mark I want to take up my race AWAY from 300 lbs. I keep promising myself that I am gonna get back on the wagon but I keep procastinating.
I want to be able to sing without being winded. I want to wear heels without my feet and body revolting. I want to have my brickhouse back. I don't want to be skinny I just want to be less of me. So when I finally get married I can have children without the threat of being 400 lbs.
That was long. LOL but it was therapeutic. I have a gym membership but in this wintery weather I will go back to my at home routine which is 3 days cardio (walk away the pounds DVD) and 3 Day Yoga Pilates. I rest on sundays.
1-12-09 I amended my workout regiment. I do cardio 5-6 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Will pick up yoga/pilates on weeek 3 or 4.
I will lose this weight. 'I CAN and I WILL'
