Coster is surveying for this project near downtown Pagosa Springs. Affordable Housing Project; look at the steep slope - the architects and engineers are in California and haven't seen a Pagosa winter...NO terracing going in except the small area you see at the back of some of the pics. Crazy...

6th grade in Casper, Wyoming...having fun with Joanie Anderson.
Joanie Anderson Yanda died in May 2007 at 58, after a curageous battle with cancer. She loved her children and grandchildren more than anything.

Lisa and John visited Eli and his family in June. Eli is still creating amazing glass.

Lisa's neighbor makes these dolls. Here are the details: All doll outfits are totally handmade...if it looks like printed patchwork fabric was used, it wasn't....it's real patchwork done by hand.

Goat Girl has a basket with a Beanie Baby goat in it....she has goat horns herself, a handpainted face, some vintage fabrics in her outfit, velvet boots.
Santa looks like George, corduroy outfit, a Christmas Cheer cup, vintage leather slippers, a fleece cap with a bell, and seed bead eyes.
The Ren Cow is just a modern plastic cow kit that the artist made a body for and dressed....she has silk kimono fabric for her pantaloons.
The troll is of felt with a handpainted face, and has a feather set of wings on his back. Zeph snagged him for himself, and I took the pic in his room.
The antique cat is of vintage fabric with thread whiskers and a handpainted face.
The black angel has an embroidered face and a hand-cut set of wooden wings.
The black doll is even blacker and has a handpainted face. She was given to me by the artist's daughters so their mother wouldn't sell it (they knew they could visit with the doll again at my house).

Eli's amazing piece of art...........another one, that is!
