Two of construction worker now see and know why they were driving around area. They took a picture with their cell phone. They believe.

Finding that pole and putting it up saved the fossil bones. No doubt about it. I found out the city was aware of the fossil but the cement driver were not all aware or knew why driving around big pole.

Looking into area where still creek water is before construction began again Thursday morning. Water about 3 feet deep and fairly clear.

City found my marking pipe and put it back for me. Thanks to S. L. Louis Construction Co. of Texas LTD. and the great efforts of Superintendent Darion Bryan, a very nice guy when I talked to him. Very cooperative.
