Thanks for the info. I think I need to fined a coarser texture. Problem is I already bought and colored the hair so I cant return it. Considering Indique as a curly hair option....only because I may be out the $750 spent on the RR, and I can get good quality indique for thh half the price...I am just nervous, I have ONLY used EP. Deviating is scary.
Your hair is beautiful. In fact these pics helped me make the decision to buy . Ive been using RT for 5 years and am ready for a cahnge. My stylist very hesitant and thinks I will have major blending issues....so I have 2 quick questions - Did the hair come with that many inches of relaxed texture, or did you flat iron it? I bought some hair and my hair has only about 1 inch of relaxed texture at the root? Now I am concerned with blending.
Second - what products did you use to acheive curl. Yours looks coarser/curlier than my mine. I bought 9 ounces and the hair is finer and wavy vs curly. Wondering if there is any product I can use to tighten up the curl?
My hair came with about 1 to 2 inches of "relaxed roots." My own natural hair is a "curly" fine texture and I was growing out a texlaxer at the time that I used the relaxed roots. I never straigtened the hair. Now, I would never try to get my natural hair to blend with this texture because it is "too" curly.
As far as products, I used Tresemme hair products: the curly hair conditioner, curly hair mousse and curl creme. I washed the hair ever two weeks and co washed almost every day. Also, I suggest plopping the hair to make the curls really "pop"
