Greece - Starting with Athens

This album will start with the city of Athens - where I began my journey. I will try to keep things in order as they occured and as I traveled from place to place. There are a few photos from a one-day tour to the islands of Poros, Hydrea and Aegina. Photos are also from an evening in a Greek Taverna in Plaka where we had professional dancers entertain us while we dined on traditional Greek food.
The last photos in this album will be of the Corinth Canal as we cross over to The Peloponnese (Island of Pelops).

Hope you can come along and enjoy my journey.

I blinked and it went by too fast.

He was at the base of the Acropolis greeting people as they arrived - too cute!
He, or another guy in costume, was there when we were last there in 2004. I took his picture and he yelled at me! Did you have to pay him?

    Have a nice weekend,
