The fourth country on our tour - we stay in Lucerne and visit the covered Chapel Bridge along the River Reuss and the Lion Monument. The shops are wonderful to shop in too. Plenty of time to take a lake cruise or the cog-wheel railway to the summit of Mount Pilatus. I think the Mt Pilatus excursion was one of the highlights of the entire trip. How amazing to be in The Alps and be in a snowstorm.
