I was inspired by fnggrant's fotki.

My Mixture:
Mn 2%1 tube (Monistat 7) aka: Miconazole Nitrate
3/4 jar Sulfur 8 grease (I used Sulfur 8 Light)
1 tsp. Sulfur powder
Amla oil (didn't have then but do now.)
Coconut oil
Peppermint oil
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
Leave-in conditioner
Blend together well and use as desired.

I oiled my scalp 2-3 times per week. I co-washed regularly so I was not bothered by any sulfur smell.
