most importantly getting there and meeting my extended family for the first time. On Friday, August 10th, we walk around my neighborhood and have a snack at Karl and Fridrih, next day we hang out in Katya's neighborhood, walk around the zaliv, enjoy night boats on local canals and then go dancing at club Rossi.

now it's become a tradition, that every visit me and Pasha walk around the city - we did just that, only Tobi was added to the equation. Also we go see a Tsoi rememberance concert at Arlandina. Videos from that show are coming soon.

we had an early start (5am) and headed for Tsarskoe Selo with a group of American tourists. Then we headed for Mariinsky theater to see Chaikovsky's "Swan Lake". It was a long and productive day.
