Dog Run Makeover

Well it was time to makeover the dog run. The natural run off was getting flooded and there was just too much mud (!!) So I dug up and installed a french drain and a mini drywell at the end.

Also moved the houses and Bali's are (since she attacks Zuma when there are other gardeners about. Now Bali's house is inside the new area (moved to wall of the house).

Laid down gravel to even out but this will be topped off with 3-4" of bark (to be delivered later on),. That will ensure that there is no mud underneath so that when it rains the worst they can get is wet and not covered in mud!

I can tell you that I'm not in a hurry to dig anymore trenches or pick up a shovel for a while :)
