Sorry, everybody, my mom didn't use a pattern. She just used an old blue dress of hers and added the sleeves and such from scratch! Sorry I can't be more helpful.

i would love the adult pattern if you could help that would be greatly appreciated...

I'm Vera's mother and I made this costume. I thought it was a little bit difficult making this costume; but I had much fun doing it. And now I think it is well done. Vera looks magnificant with it and very cute.
