Garden (renovation works and finished garden)

From the end result to how it used to be....
After 30 years in this house it was about time to renovate the garden and say goodbye to our beloved trees who became really way too big!

Knap gedaan.

Nice extendion of stone tiles from indoors to outdoors.  Lovely pond and gardens... Great Job you two.

did not do a lot...only the planting. It is heavy natural stones and not possible for us to do...We hired the pros but they did not really do a very good job, it is not perfect level

Very nice home for your sweet rabbit. Bet he would prefer being let loose in your newly planted garden....Maybe not a good idea.

it was not a very healthy rabbit. Had a serious problem with his teeth and needed surgery every 5 months at the least...It was such a happy little one though and he lived for 7 happy years with us but then we had to decide to have it put asleep...We still miss it...

Sweet. You should see an Iris in UV light, as bees and other pollinating insects see them. Simply amazing. Here's a link to many flowers photographed in UV light. Too bad the Iris is not among them: http://www.naturfotograf.com/UV_flowers_list.html
