    what do you mean by dangerous...in what way? They fly into the house sometimes...not often...it is not a pest but we have one every now and then in the garden!

    Ah, I can see this is one heck of an intelligent grasshopper just by looking at that mark on his back...;) That mark happens to signify intelligence of the rarest form.
