LF and Lowfer Reception

For the last nine years, I've really enjoyed trying to receive those weak, elusive, LowFer signals down below 200 KHz. There's nothing like sitting down in the dimmly lit shack on a cold Winters night watching QRSS dit's & dah's slowly scroll across the screen. It's a throwback to the days of being hunched over an old Hallicrafters SX-43 trying to coax that feeble shortwave station out from under the band noise.
