    Children: Please realize that when this car was new during daytime white Ladies typically wore white gloves, hats with color co-ordinated webbing hanging over the brim..full length dresses and spike heeled shoes, and expected the hound tooth clothed, white gentleman driver to open their door. When new this car cost three times as much as a new Bel Air convertible. Any owners were very wealthy and fearful of blending in with the brash and clumsy middle class. Also the first owners would be in their 30s or older, making them unlikely survivors of the depression, born during the roaring 1920s....(refer to film: Far From Heaven for a more thorough painting of the time)
