I currently take a Silica supplement by Alta. This stuff has made my nails extremely strong and done wonders for my hair. I also currently take an Omega 3, a garlic supplement and a multi.

    I have bottles of this stuff. I swear by it. :) And you are right about the nails they are hard a hooves. lol
