Nice capture!

Cool Capture !!  I have eagles that live close by, they occasionally fish on the lake in my back yard, they are so cool.

Falco sparverius; male (see the slate-blue wing?  female has brown wing).  Common bird in my area.

Scary - even if you're not dinner!

Buteo lineatus.  You seem to know your raptors pretty well; I am mediocre in that arena.  I'm OK on the most common local birds but woefully deficient out of my own territory.
