I finally took the twist i had in from august 2 out (oct 9)(Before i took them out fully i wore them in a very bad ass and huge twistout for a few weeks, but sadly i have no pics.) and put in new twist (oct 11). this time i got them professionally done because i didnt have the time to sit and lazily do them myself. personally i like the big organic looking ones i did myself but these should last a good 2 1/2months or until christmas. this means my updates may be a lil boring for the next few months, plus my camera broke so until i fix it or get a new one my updates will be made via a very crappy camera.
Started the 100 days challenge (14 weeks) jan 10:
*no heat (AT ALL!) *only protective styles (and resulting "outs" with the back pinned up) *low manipulation *moisturize daily (currently using a mix of glycerin, infusium leave in, and water--leaves it super soft all day) (afro detangler AKA afro crack--moisturizes well, does not need daily use) *deep condition once a week (hollywood olive oil deep conditioner mixed with oil)
