    Echeveria
    This may be
    E. 'Blue Curls' perhaps That was the first one that came to mind, I don't know if I remembered it correctly so looked it up in my Echevieria book, it shows several forms on page 68. Hybrids are very variable. They are variable even if the same size and from the same seed . Think I have a match perhaps, I am not guessing. Norma

    Echeveria runyonii
This is the typical form of Echeveria runyonii.

The species is most often seen nowadays as the quilled leafed cultivar 'Topsy Turvy'

I have one like this tagged Echeveria 'Lucita' (Chalk Rose), if this helps you at all, Yale. It may just be the name www.Altmanplants.com gave it.
