The parade operates according to the Jewish tradition of Purim, which takes place around March.
This year, more than 300,000 people from all over the country gathered in Holon to watch the colorful parade that became a renowned event. The floats and customs follow a theme chosen every year in advance. This year's theme was 'Children of the World'.
More than 4,500 people from all over the world marched in the biggest Purim parade in Israel.
