- During my first year, I saw a good deal of growth and would love to continue but I have not found a good regimen for me and I'm really scared to cut my hair. But I plan to take my vitamins religiously and co-wash at least once a week.

Weight loss - Sep 9, 2007

My journey to loose 22 pounds. I am currently at 152 lbs. Here is my current regimen: Run 1-2 miles everyday 50 squats, situps, and lunges a day Weight train three times a week No meat, low dairy (eggs and a rare slice of all-natural cheese) Very little sugar (brown sugar when used) Only Brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta No fried foods Mostly water (at least 8 glasses a day) 1scoop whey protein a day as a shake I always eat breakfast and eat dinner within 1 1/2 hours after working out - Album was created 5 years 9 months ago and modified 2 years 11 months ago
