A very 'cold' area with white marbled floors. The only warmth here was the Christmas Tree. The Atrium stretches 5 decks to a glass domed ceiling, above the suspended staircase between Piazza Navona [Deck 8] & LaTavernetta [Deck 9]. There are no openings to the accommodation Decks 6 & 7. The 'green' of the upper lounges tints the sides of the atrium.
The centrepiece is a large Arnaldo Pomodoro bronze sculpture.
