Sailing By Queen Elizabeth 2

Sailing past QE2, berthed at Queen Elizabeth II Terminal 17:20. She had arrived at Southampton 18 April 2008 after her transatlantic from New York, the final leg of her last ever World Cruise [for Cunard]. After disembarking all passengers her 8/9 day wet dock began [next sailing 27 April] & later in the evening she moved to 105. Note the scaffolding being erected on her stern decks for a tarpaulin to keep the rain off while some decking is replaced, & the poor state of her waterline after the WC [only part of which was repainted during the wet dock].
